Formation at St. Mark's

Adult

At St. Mark's you will find a poster that a parishioner donated many years ago; "Jesus came to take away your sins, not your mind." We still believe this adage and we offer many opportunities for Christian study.

We currently host a Wednesday morning book group that meets every six weeks.

We have an adult formation meeting every first Tuesday on the month, at 5pm, including a potluck meal and a class. (Starting September 2018)

EFM

EFM is a theological education-at-a-distance program organized by the School of Theology at the University of the South and it covers the basics of a theological education in the Old and New Testaments, church history, liturgy, and theology.

St. Mark's does not host its own EFM class, but we can get you in touch with an online group.
